FALL SEASON REGISTRATION
We've decided to EXTEND early registration through the end of JUNE!
Register for Fall in June & lock into this past season's tuition rate.

IMPORTANT DATES:
May 12th - Dress Rehearsal at HCHS
May 13th - Recital Day at HCHS
May 15th-18th - Last week of Dance Class (Regularly scheduled time. Dancers, you may wear your recital costume to class for this week only!)
May 18th - Catch Me In Cornelia in Downtown Cornelia! (We'll have a booth + our new Company dancers there taking photos! Come by & see us!)

ALL BALANCES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY MAY 12th!

June 5th-30th - Summer Camps for ages 3-6.
  Mini Season for all ages.

RECITAL ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Schedule for Recital Week - May 08th-13th _______

> Monday, 8th:
Rehearsal of ACT 1 AT the Studio. (Please park in the back!)
ALL DANCERS ARRIVE AT 5:30 - We will run the show - Babies (ages 3-4) will be allowed to leave when they are finished with their only number. Other dancers may be picked up around 7:45-8. Company will be there a bit longer.

> Tuesday, 9th:
Rehearsal of ACT 2 AT the Studio.(Please park in the back!)
ALL DANCERS ARRIVE AT 5:30 - We will run the show - Babies (ages 3-4) will be allowed to leave when they are finished with their only number. Other dancers may be picked up around 7:45-8. Company will be there a bit longer.

> Wednesday,10th:
Reserved for as needed rehearsals. If your dancer's class needs extra run-throughs, their teacher will let you know!!!

> Thursday 11th:
Reserved for as needed rehearsals. If your dancer's class needs extra run-throughs, their teacher will let you know!!!

> Friday 12th
Dress Rehearsal AT Habersham Central High School Theatre. Dancers please come in FULL HAIR AND MAKEUP. Drop them off at the Dancer-Drop Off area!!! Parents, not allowed back OR in the theatre during Dress Rehearsal!
AGES 7+ ARRIVE 5:15-5:30
AGES 3-6 ARRIVE BY 5:45-6
We will start the run through at 7:00. Finishing times announced ASAP.

> Saturday 13th: Recital Day!
  Matinee Show at 2:00
  Dancers arrive in full hair & makeup from 12:45-1:00 - Drop off at Dancer Drop-Off.

  Evening Show at 7:30
  Dancers arrive in full hair & makeup by 6:15-6:30 - Drop off at Dancer-Off.

FAQ's _______

> Do I have to come to both shows?
  No, you don't have to attend both shows but your dancer does! You can drop your dancer off at the dancer drop-off in the lobby & pick them up there after the show but you will not be allowed to enter the theatre. Our shows will run about 2 hours each. If you DO plan on attending both shows, you do have to have a ticket for each show separately.

> What should my dancer wear to the theatre?
  Please send your dancer in a button up shirt or dress that is easy to remove without messing up hair or makeup! Also, shoes that are easy for them to slide into & out of. They may bring their dance bag backstage with them with touchup makeup, hairspray, dance shoes, etc.
NO SNACKS OR WATER backstage because of costumes. Please feed them before arriving. Everything they need will be backstage.

> How should I fix their hair?
  Hair should be fixed when they arrive at the theatre. If you aren't sure how their hair should be for their first number, please ask their teacher. We will add headpieces when they get to the theatre & touch up with hairspray but please have hair done when they arrive!

> What about makeup?
  Makeup should be done when they arrive at the theatre. Please click below for any makeup or hair tips/tools that we recommend! You may send touchup makeup with your dancer in their bag. We will touch up backstage as needed but full makeup needs to be applied before arrival.

> Can they have their nails done?
  Dancers may have their nails done BUT they must wear clear or nude nail polish.

> Where do I drop off my dancer?
  Dancer Drop off will be to the right side of the lobby at Habersham Central High School Auditorium. (Around the back side of the gym at the "new" High School.
  There will be a few volunteer Stage Moms in the back along with our extended CSOD Stage staff. Dancers will be held by their class in one of our designated classrooms backstage.
  Please go potty with your little ones before dropping them off backstage!

> When can I pick up my dancer?
  Dancer pickup will be at the same place as Dancer drop-off. To the right inside the Lobby.
  Please wait AT the door & form a line. One of our Backstage staffers will come to the door, ask you who your dancer is & call for them from backstage. Please wait patiently & orderly so we can get your dancers to you as quickly as possible!
Note that unless you are identified Stage Help, you are not permitted back stage!

> Can we have our costumes after recital?
  Dancers WILL BE ABLE to wear their costume out AFTER the evening show ONLY IF your tuition account is paid up-to-date!

> Can my dancer stay at the theatre between shows?
  NO! Please have your dancer picked up in between shows! This is a good chance for a quick bite or a little catnap for our younger ballerinas. Please touch up makeup + potty before you come back to the evening show call time!


COMING UP IN JUNE:
Summer Camp - For ages 3-6. This are morning Camps for younger children who have never taken dance before, want to give it a shot, would like to try all styes at one time, or for those just wanting to have some fun! Dancers choose their week based on theme. Camp will consist of a short Tap, Jazz, Ballet, & Acro class.

Mini Season - We're trying something NEW this year!
Rather than camp for our older students, we're opening up the whole month of June's schedule!
Students can enroll within their age bracket & try class all month long for one tuition fee. This is an excellent way for new dancer's to decide what styles they may want to enroll in for the Fall Season! It's also a great opportunity for our returning Dancers to try a NEW style or decide what they may want to add in the Fall Season! More details in the next few weeks.
